Angelo Roman, Jr. has over 45 years' experience working in various capacities within the legal profession. He is a graduate of the UCLA School of Law Attorney Assistant Training Program, graduating with a specialty in litigation. He attended Western State University College of Law, the University of Phoenix and has an AA Degree in Liberal Arts from Mt. San Antonio College.\n\n Angelo is also a graduate of the United States Academy of Private Investigation, The Credit and Debt Institute, the Herbert Hawkins School of Real Estate, the ABTS Institute of Estate Preservation, the Rose Hills Memorial Park Academy of Estate Planning and was the founder of Living Trust Sales and Service, a company providing individuals and families assistance with Revocable Living Trusts.\n\n Although he is NOT an attorney, Angelo has over 40 years of direct experience with numerous national law firms covering several areas of law including personal injury, bankruptcy, family law, credit and collections, civil litigation, criminal defense, estate planning and evictions. During that time, he has worked in the credit and collections field for well over 25 years, has assisted many individuals with credit and debt issues and has direct experience in settlement negotiations, dispute resolution, skip tracing and investigations.\n\n In the early 1990's he was a Small Claims Court Advisor with the Department of Consumer Affairs for the County of Los Angeles. Since 2006, Angelo has been a private investigator duly licensed by the State of California. He is a Certified Professional Investigator and is the owner/operator of AR Investigations (PI 25037) handling personal injury, civil litigation, criminal defense, family law, probate, credit fraud, real estate and cargo theft matters to name a few.\n\n He is a Los Angeles County Registered and Bonded Legal Document Assistant (2025088796) and a Registered, Bonded and Certified Process Server (2022156009) also sanctioned through the County of Los Angeles. He is also former State of California real estate license agent.\n\n Angelo has lectured and presented seminars and workshops on the paralegal profession, credit and collections, small claims court and other topics. In the 1990's he was a member of Advisory Committees for the paralegal programs at Rio Hondo College (Whittier, CA) and Platt College (Ontario, CA) and taught legal courses at Chaffey College (Alta Loma, CA) Career Colleges of America (San Bernardino, CA) and from 2007-2014 was an instructor in the paralegal program for ICDC College (Huntington Park, CA) educating and training aspiring paralegals.\n\n He is currently a member in good standing with the National Association of Professional Process Servers(NAPPS), California Association of Licensed Investigators( CALI), National Council of Investigation and Security Services(NCISS), National Association of Legal Services(NALS) and an Associate Member of the American Bar Association(ABA) and has previously been affiliated with numerous organizations such as: The American Trial Lawyers Association, The National Association of Legal Assistants, California Association of Independent Paralegals, The United States Association of Private Investigators, National Paralegal Association, National Association of Legal Document Preparers, and the National Association of Legal Investigators.\n\n Since 1992 he has operated "At Your Service", an independent legal assistance, court advocacy and process serving company, providing low costs legal assistance services to law firms, individuals and small to midsize businesses. Services to attorneys and law firms include investigations, service of process, new case sign ups, court filings and research. Over the last 30 years, he has investigated well over 3,000 new personal injury cases.\n\n For over 12 years, he has worked as a Small Claims court specialist hired by various law firms, individuals and small businesses clients to assist with their cases throughout small claims courts primarily in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties. He has assisted in obtaining over $2.55 million dollars in plaintiff judgments and stipulated agreements.\n\n As of early 2024, he has been one of the designated Southern California area investigators for a major nationwide investigative firm specializing in cargo theft cases.
